Morwellham is an award-winning attraction which forms part of a World Heritage site, featuring historic port, village, copper mine and railway just four miles west of Tavistock and bordering the beautiful River Tamar.

Ride the copper mine train for a unique experience where you’ll see the glorious views of the Tamar Valley and then enter into the George and Charlotte copper mine.

New to Morwellham is chocolate making! Fun for all of the family! Learn about where chocolate comes from and how it is made! Visit the Victorian school, mine for copper then have a go at kneading some dough in the bakery!
